Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use U Do. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us at support@udolist.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. User Content

U Do lets you create tasks, lists, and a public profile, and share content with friends. You retain ownership of the content you create (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and share your User Content as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing tasks you share with the friends you choose. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it does not violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable;
• harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or abuse any person;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the Service; or
• use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

U Do has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or that promotes harm to yourself or others.

To keep the community safe, we provide tools to:

• report or flag objectionable content and abusive users from within the app; and
• block users so you no longer see their content or receive contact from them.

We review reported content and reports of abusive users and act on violations — including removing content and suspending or permanently terminating offending accounts. We aim to act within 24 hours of a report. We may take these actions at our discretion and without prior notice, and there is no tolerance for repeat or egregious violations.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@udolist.com. We investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspending, or permanently removing users from the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — such as content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U Do will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
